Sanlorenzo presents SHE, the first motor yacht in the Heritage line, a 25.5-metre vessel that combines classic Italian elegance with advanced technology. SHE, which stands for Sanlorenzo Heritage, pays tribute to the 1960s and the tradition of Italian shipbuilding, while offering hybrid propulsion, modular interiors and sustainability.
‘SHE is a celebration of the art of Italian yachting,’ says Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman of Sanlorenzo. “SHE represents a journey spanning seven decades. A yacht that reflects everything we believe in: elegance that does not need to shout, innovation that knows how to respect, and design that is destined to last. Presenting SHE on the occasion of my 20th anniversary at the helm of Sanlorenzo has a profound meaning for me: SHE is a bridge between what we have inherited and what we choose to become.
Classic lines and functional architecture
SHE is inspired by the great motor yachts of the 1960s, with pure lines, symmetrical volumes and harmonious proportions. Its architecture is dynamic and designed to transform with life on board, ensuring a smooth and refined navigation experience.
The main deck is free of physical barriers, while the modular cockpit and Smart Island system, developed with Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, allows for flexible configurations on the deck and sun deck, preserving the transparency of the large windows. The stern, discreet during navigation, opens up in the harbour to become a terrace at water level, ideal for socialising and relaxing.
The sustainable teak used on the decks reduces the surface temperature, requires minimal maintenance and maintains timeless elegance, while the two-level superstructure integrates solarium and relaxation areas in perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Refined interiors combining heritage and modernity
SHE’s interiors combine heritage and contemporary style, spread over three levels with a mezzanine connecting the main deck to the lower deck. The main saloon, raised above the cockpit, houses the helm station and lounge area with full-height windows, creating visual continuity with the sea.
This deck houses the dining area and galley, harmoniously connecting the guest areas with the service areas. The lower deck houses the full-beam Owner’s cabin, VIP cabin, guest cabins and crew quarters in the bow. Each room is characterised by tailor-made finishes, fine woods and innovative materials, with modular and customisable solutions for a unique on-board experience.
As Piero Lissoni, Art Director of Sanlorenzo, points out: ‘SHE is a gentle boat, a boat that reuses some slightly traditional elements, evoking the grace of the 1960s but jumping into 2030. SHE is a new, modern boat with many innovations that simply uses a slightly more refined aesthetic language.’
Volvo Penta IPS hybrid propulsion
The technological heart of SHE is the Volvo Penta IPS hybrid propulsion, with two IPS30 units of 2×1000 HP. The integrated logic allows for fully electric navigation up to 9 knots, ideal for emission-free port entries or anchor stops. During diesel navigation, the batteries recharge automatically in 45 minutes, while the booster mode adds electric power, optimising performance and fuel consumption.
The 3.95-metre ultra-light carbon fibre tender with electric propulsion completes the on-board experience, ensuring aesthetic continuity and silent performance in line with the sustainable luxury Sanlorenzo philosophy.
Sanlorenzo SHE: a manifesto of timeless elegance
SHE is not just a superyacht: it is a manifesto of Italian design, designed for owners who appreciate heritage, elegance and sustainable innovation. The result of five years of work between Sanlorenzo, Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, SHE integrates craftsmanship, nautical culture and technology, offering a unique on-board experience.
Every detail, from the design of the spaces to the choice of materials, is designed to ensure comfort, safety and a harmonious dialogue with the sea. SHE represents the perfect balance between quiet luxury, classic design and technological innovation, embodying Sanlorenzo’s vision: a bridge between Italian heritage and the future of boating.
